about me
Jessica Gershwin, LCSW, MEd, E-RYT200, RCYT
For nearly a decade, I have sought to promote the holistic health of children, adolescents, and families through my efforts as a licensed clinical social worker and a certified yoga instructor. I approach my work with cultural sensitivity, empathy, and a deep understanding of human development. Specializing in child and adolescent trauma treatment, group work, and body-based psychotherapy, I frequently incorporate yoga and mindfulness practices into my work as a therapist in Denver, Colorado. I believe that I bring joy, energy, authenticity, and an open heart to my clients, and I strive to create a compassionate environment where each person can experience a sense of unconditional belonging, self-discovery, and healing.
